Description

Group Policy has been upgraded, expanded and enhanced in Windows Server 2008. Group Policy has more than 5,000 individual settings, nearly 40 client-side extensions (CSEs), and simplified management capabilities. You will want to start using Group Policy more in your Windows Server 2008 and Windows Vista environments. Prerequisites

This course is intended for individuals from two different groups of IT Professionals. The first group is the Technology Architects. This group is responsible for Active Directory design and typically holds the skills of a network engineer, or a Windows Server specialist. They will have the skills to implement Windows Server features in an enterprise environment. The other group is the Windows Server desktop engineer, who holds the skills of planning and designing the users desktop configurations who are responsible for Web site infrastructure design.
