Many courses assume that certain prerequisites have been met. Course prerequisites are noted on the course outline. If you have questions, our staff will be happy to discuss what course is the most appropriate for your skill level.

For those questions that may develop after the class, ISInc provides 30 days of free telephone or email support on the topics covered in the class.

On-The-Job Training (Consulting Services)

ISInc’s staff of instructors are experienced consultants who practice what they teach. They spend half of their time at organizations, like yours, on consulting projects. They knowledge they gain from their hands-on work is invaluable when brought into a learning environment. Simply put, we know what we are doing.

Our staff is available for projects in all areas in which we provide education. Consulting with a complete knowledge transfer, may be the perfect solution to get your staff up to speed on current technology.

Easy Ways to Pay

You may use your ISInc corporate account to reserve your seat. If you wish to open an account, please call us at 916-920-1700 or 800-877-1707. A hard copy purchase order is required when applicable. When paying by check, advance payment is required to hold your seat, unless other arrangements are made. American Express, MasterCard or Visa credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

ISInc courses are extremely popular. Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend, so your space can be offered to another. All course fees are 100% refundable, as long as your written notice of cancellation/reschedule is received at least ten (10) business days prior to the course date. Failure to attend the course without written notification to the above fax or email prior to the start of the course will be considered a “No Show” and will result in forfeiture of the full course price.

Student substitutions may be made prior to the class and without notice.

If ISInc should need to cancel/reschedule, all students will be notified as soon as possible and rescheduled, or tuition fees only, will be refunded.

Course Hours

With few exceptions, courses begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude around 4:00 p.m., with a one hour break for lunch. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. Standard office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Free Refresher Courses

If you would like to take a refresher course, we warmly invite you to retake the course at no cost (subject to space availability). Simply call ISInc and let us know you’d like to retake the course. Then, bring your course materials with you on the first day of the class. This offer is valid for as long as the exact version of the course/courseware and is still offered on our public calendar.

Testing Services

Take your certification exams at ISInc’s Authorized Vue or Prometric testing center. Novell practicum exams may be scheduled, too.

On-Line Learning Management

Schedule, manage and track employee training at ISInc. You can even download management reports. The software is easy to use and is designed to save you time and money.
