Project Management Fundamentals PRFND

This one day instructor-led course covers the basics of project management. It provides the theory and core methodology you will need to manage projects or participate on project teams. Students will learn how to use project management techniques to plan, organize, control, document, and close out their projects successfully and with minimum risk.

This course does not make use of any project management software application, but instead focuses on the conceptual underpinnings that students must know in order to use any project management software application effectively.

This course is designed for individuals whose primary job is not project management, but who manage projects on an informal basis. Also, anyone who is considering a career path in project management and desiring a complete overview of the field and its generally accepted practices can benefit from this course.
