The course is presented as a 3-day course, using an instructor-led format, stressing best practices in project management by use of slides and populated template examples. The course will use a sample project throughout the entire project life cycle. IT projects come with distinct challenges for all project team members, and most of all for the project manager. In this course, you will learn the fundamentals and best practices of project management methodology as applied to IT initiatives.
