You are a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM®) who's been introduced to the Scrum Values, practices, and applications. The next step in your Agile journey is to achieve your Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM®) certification. This course goes beyond the basics of scrum and broadens your impact by unlocking advanced techniques. You will be better equipped to navigate the needs of your organization and teams with the skills you learn in this certification course.

Course Objectives
- Facilitate better dialogue between the Product Owner, Scrum Team members, customers, stakeholders, and executives
- Learn to respond confidently when encountering resistance to change, lack of engagement, low motivation, and unavailability of key people
- Increase engagement to encourage greater accountability, commitment, and buy-in
- Understand how to scale Scrum and Agile beyond a single team
Who Should Attend?
This class is open to anyone looking to advance their CSM skills and has met the following requirements: 1) an active CSM certification with the Scrum Alliance 2) completed the A-CSM course (e.g. this class) via a Scrum Alliance-approved trainer 3) at least 12 months of documented experience as a ScrumMaster.

- Hold and active Certified ScrumMaster (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance
- Demonstrate at least one-year work experience specific to the role of Scrum Master (from within the past five years)
- Completion of the preparatory reading/viewing included in the pre-course email
- Set up of a Zoom and Mural account as per details provided in the pre-course email (virtual classes only)
