Learn the basics of creating reports with Crystal Reports v11
This course is appropriate for those using Crystal Reports versions 8.5, 9, 10 and 11. This course is designed for beginning users with little or no exposure to Crystal Reports. The intent of the course is to familiarize the students with the Crystal Reports environment and get them up and reporting quickly. Some of the topics covered include a review of the software features, report design and the creation of presentation quality reports. This course is appropriate for administrators, developers and end-users who need to create dynamic reports from varying data sources.
Working knowledge of the Windows environment is required. Familiarity with relational database concepts (tables, fields and records) is strongly recommended. Students who have taken Access classes will fulfill this requirement. Familiarity with querying SQL is also recommended. Students should attend Course SQL, Querying SQL or have equivalent knowledge and skills.
