This 2 day instructor-led comprehensive business analysis training course teaches analysts what types of communication and business analysis training project managers need and when. Participants also learn techniques for facilitating effective meetings with technical people or customers; accurately appraising group dynamics; and listening for concerns germane to project success.
Previous experience in business systems analysis. Students should have attended Course ISI-1231, or have equivalent skills and knowledge.
