Training to update the Support Staff that will field "how to" questions from general employees from your organization. You'll learn new features first, then learn about main questions received in our call center & training rooms. You will be prepared for the questions that you'll receive associated with your roll-out. Classes will have limited enrollment to optimize material coverage.
Advanced knowledge in all previous Office products (Access, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, & Project) that will be covered in this class. Class will be fast paced.
