This one day course is designed for new users of GroupWise 8.0, who have no experience with Lotus Notes, Microsoft Outlook, or any other email applications. The topics covered in this course include the critical skills needed to create, send, and respond to email in GroupWise, maintain a list of contacts, schedule appointments, and manage tasks. You will use GroupWise to send and receive email messages, schedule appointments and meetings, maintain a list of contacts, and keep track of tasks.
To ensure students' success with this course, we recommend that they have introductory skills for navigating, accessing, and saving documents in a Windows operating system.
