Microsoft Reporting Services is the component of Microsoft SQL Server that gives information workers a powerful means to present and analyze data consistently, quickly and reliably. Reporting Services allows you to turn enterprise data into meaningful standard and ad hoc reports that can be shared easily with co-workers, customers and partners.

This course covers traditional reporting services. It shows you how to apply Reporting Services in real life to build innovative Business Intelligence solutions.

If you want both traditional Reports Services and Analysis Services, please see Course 20466.

If you specifically want the self-services reporting and big data features in SQL Server 2014 only, please attend Course 20466 first and then the five day Course 20467.

Prerequisites

Before attending this course, students should have
-Exposure to creating reports in Microsoft Access or other reporting products, such as Crystal Reports
