This course will provide students with the basic skills needed to get started working with the various features, tools, and options available with the Microsoft Windows XP operating system.
Students will receive a thorough introduction to the Windows XP environment and learn how to customize the Windows XP desktop . Learn how to create an efficient work environment by changing mouse, volume and display properties. Work with accessibility programs.
Students enrolling in this course should understand basic computer concepts and terminology. Course SC-100, Computer Basics Short Course Level 1, provides much of this information.
ISInc is offering this two hour class for the very affordable fee of $25.
ISInc will provide free courseware for students to use during the class or students may purchase courseware, which covers several sessions in the series, for $25. Short courses do not quality for ISInc's free retake policy.
Bring a USB drive to save your work or you can email practice files to yourself after class.
