Description

This course is designed for all staff in the help desk and support center environment. Students will be introduced to the roles and responsibilities needed to provide the highest levels of customer service. The course focuses on essential help desk tools, trouble tickets and problem-solving tool and techniques.

Prerequisites

Before attending this course, students should have attended the following courses or have equivalent knowledge and experience: Course APLUS01, Hardware Troubleshooting & Repair (A+); Course APLUS02, Software Support and Troubleshooting (A+); abd Course NETPL, Fundamentals of Networking
