Desktop Instructor
Currently, we are expanding our organization and seeking a high energy desktop application trainer to join our team. Applicants must possess a dynamic ability to teach, learn new products quickly, and excellent customer service skills. As an instructor and mentor, your goal will be to help your students improve their skills and apply what they are learning in class to their positions at their office. In addition to teaching courses, our trainers assist with assessing client needs and designing customized training solutions, so applicants should have an understanding of common business processes and requirements and have the ability to communicate technical requirements to business decision makers.
A good candidate will have:
- Past training experience or Education background mandatory
- College degree preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation and people skills
- Exceptional classroom management skills; must be able to present in a clear and engaging way to both the novice and advanced students
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong customer-service orientation
